Becca Carnahan is the founder of Next Chapter Careers and a Career Coach with 16 years of experience in career development at Harvard Business School.

She specializes in helping parents build careers they love that fit their lives. Midcareer transitions can feel really complicated, but Becca breaks down the process into a step-by-step game plan that takes her clients from career confused to clear and confident.
