How long does the Career Clarity Program take?
The Career Clarity Program is a 12-week coaching program so you can access group coaching and personalized coaching support for 3 months. You will also have access to all the on-demand coaching materials, videos, and templates for a full year!

I'm busy! How much time do I need to commit to the program?
We get it! We're busy moms over here too. That's why the Career Clarity Program is broken down into small manageable chunks and designed to be taken with you on the go.
We recommend planning for about 2 to 3 hours a week. Each week will look a bit different, but a typical week might look like watching a few short video lessons (5-15 minutes), doing a career development exercise in your workbook, and attending a group coaching call.
Plus, the Career Clarity Program is available on an app! Listen to lessons on the go and send questions to Becca in the Career Clarity Community. You can also call into group coaching calls while you're eating lunch, or even from the car! Then schedule your 1:1s at a time that is convenient for you.

When are the group coaching calls?
Group coaching calls are held mid-day each week and are designed in a Q&A format. You bring your questions or anything you want to talk out, and you'll have your time with Becca to get answers and make progress.

Will I get 1:1 coaching?
Yes! You can schedule 1 private coaching call each month for 3 months as a member of the program.
You can also add more 1:1 support to your membership with a package of 6 coaching calls (scheduled at your convenience) and ongoing 1:1 email support throughout your job search. -
